Welcome! At Benchmark, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive psychotherapy and medication management services. Our mission is to promote overall health and well-being through a holistic approach. We tailor our treatment to each person's unique needs.
All appointments are via telehealth. Initial paperwork will be emailed to the address provided. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Point 32 (Harvard Pilgrim Health and Tufts), MGB, and Optum insurance as well as private pay.
